Arcilla’s curved forms and soft colourings and materials offset its solid masonry structure, with greenery further softening and humanising its architectural design.

Arcilla, a collection of eight bespoke apartments that redefine inner-city living.

Translated to ‘clay’ in Spanish, Arcilla’s unique architectural style complements its existing heritage neighbour while at the same time attracting attention as a unique statement piece.

Inspired by ‘Neville Court,’ the adjoining Spanish mission heritage home, Arcilla contributes to the existing streetscape aesthetics. The liberal use of earthy colours, textures, curved arches, and exquisite detailing, the project was inspired by a distinctly cont emporary twist.

The apartments feature layouts with spacious living areas, three bedrooms, and three convenient ensuite bathrooms, as well as a fireplace and large wine display.
