Apartments & Developments: Tomkins commences construction today on the highly anticipated Rockpool Rainbow Bay by Joe Adsett Architects

Tomkins Commercial, one of Southeast Queensland’s most reputable builders, has today (April 12) commenced construction on the highly anticipated luxury oceanfront development, Rockpool Rainbow Bay.

The $100M apartment development was developed and designed by national award-winning architecture firm Joe Adsett Architects. It will comprise 21 high-end skyhomes that command sweeping ocean views of Rainbow Bay and the iconic Snapper Rocks.
